RD-3290 Heat-Resistant PU Binder
Lower-viscosity sibling of RD-3278N — ideal for red inks

RD-3290
Same heat resistance, tuned viscosity and colour development for reds.
RD-3290 shares the PA/PET/OPP performance platform of RD-3278N but runs at a lower viscosity and is tuned for red and other high-transparency pigments. Where a red has to stay bright after lamination and retort, this is the binder we recommend first.
Key features
- Lower viscosity for easier let-down
- Optimised for red and transparent pigments
- Good adhesion and anti-blocking
- Excellent substrate adhesion on PA / PET / OPP
- Good film-forming and solvent release
- Hydrolysis and heat resistance above 121 °C
